Arancia Villa is located on the prestigious Orange Tree community amidst the rolling hills of Clermont. The amenities include tennis courts, children's playground, basketball courts and 5½ acre multi purpose ballfield. Unusually, Orange Tree has pavements (sidewalks) which makes it ideal if you enjoy walking and exercise.

Arancia is set be side a lake and large conservation area and is ideal for walking and wildlife watching. As well a being an area of outstanding natural beauty the area is home to Alligators, Raccoons, Eagles, Storks, and a resident population of Sand Hill Cranes who often take their young to the lake to feed and can be recognised by their distincive "Football Rattle like cry". An ideal antidote to the hustle and bustle of the Theme parks and cities. Arancia is in prime position to enjoy the tranquill atmosphere of the lake and the conservation area beyond.

You will not feel isolated at Arancia despite the real sense of privacy and space. Orange Tree offers many local amenities close by including names such as Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreen's the chemists, petrol stations, a post office and Bars. Numerous local restaurants offering a wide variety of foods can be found within a very short driving distance from Orange Tree.

Orange Tree is located just off Highway 27 and has easy access to Interstate 4 and Highway 192 so only minutes away from the Walt Disney World, MGM, Sea World, Local amenities and Orlando itself.

The Atlantic coast is only 60 minutes drive away. Arancia is easy to find from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford Airport by travelling major roads. Detailed directions and GPS co-ordinates will be provided to guests on booking.
