To make your stay at Arancia trouble free and enjoyable we employ Florida's premiere management company. Jim N Em Vacation Homes take exceptional pride in their work so you are gauranteed a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay at Arancia. Their contact telephone numbers will be provided when the booking is confirmed. They can also be found in the guest book which is placed in the villa.

Included Services

On your arrival at Arancia you will find the Villa in pristine condition and fully serviced. Our management company fully clean the Villa and make running repairs as and when they are needed. Should any problems arise during your stay then Jim N Em are at hand to solve the problems.

Welcome Packs

Small Welcome Packs are available for around $35. These include Milk, Bread, Coke, Coffee, Tea, Butter, Chips (Crisps) and Cookies (Biscuits).

Large welcome Packs are also available. These are priced at cost of food plus $25. Food that you specify is purchased, delivered to the Villa and is put away in the Kitchen awaiting your arrival.

BBQ Grill Rental

BBQ Grill Rental is available for $35 per Week and can be arranged prior to your arrival or by telephone from Arancia. Please note that under Florida State law the use of BBQ's is not permitted within the covered areas but can be used in the adjacent area outside.

Baby Bed Rental

Full size cribs (Cots) and all bedding is available to rent from A Babies Best Friend along with Strollers (Push Chairs), Car Seats, Toys, Baby Monitors and lots more. Only the newest, cleanest and highest quality equipment is used and will be delivered to Arancia prior to your arrival. Related Link: A Babies Best Friend
