Villa

Arancia is set on a spacious lot overlooking a lake and extensive conservation area. These views can be enjoyed from the large patio, pool and spa area, and makes a natural back drop to watch the nightly Disney fireworks displays whilst relaxing after the days activities.

Arancia is located at Orange Tree Orlando aside a lake and extensive conservation area

The villa is comfortable, spacious, fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in all rooms, and window dressings throughout. With the exception of the bedrooms all floors are fully tiled. While being an executive villa Arancia has a homely atmosphere and is fully equipped making it ideal for long stays as well as short vacations. Arancia is set in managed mature gardens which provide privacy and great views of the lake and conservation area.

Pool and Spa

Arancia has a large Pool with Spa and extended deck area which overlooks the lake and wooded conservation area beyond! The area outside the patio cage has been planted with a variety of plants and trees to give colour and additional privacy without spoiling the views!

The pool area is completely enclosed to keep insects out and fully meets all safety standards laid down by the State of florida. As an extra bonus the nightly firework displays from nearby Disney can be seen as a backdrop to the conservation area and on occasions is reflected in the lake!

For your safety and comfort unbreakable glasses and tableware are provided for outdoor use and use on the pool deck area.

Great Room

The Great Room is very comfortably furnished and offers a relaxing atmosphere in which to watch the wide screen cable TV, DVD or to play the games console. The room offers a quiet corner from where you can use your laptop to surf the internet using the free wireless broadband connection. This room has vaulted ceilings which amplify the ambience of the room, an ideal area for the family to spend time together. If you want a little peace and quiet you can retire to your room to watch the TV or rent a DVD of your choice.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook for a large family or simply heat up a take away. This you can enjoy in the breakfast nook or more formal dinning area. The kitchen features a large fridge/freezer/ice maker, range style cooker, ample crockery, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, radio/CD player cutlery and utensils. Unbreakable dishes and glasses are also provided for your safety and comfort when dining by the pool area!

Bedrooms

Arancia has five bedrooms three of which are en-suite. All rooms have large closets suitable for long or short stays. All ensuite rooms are equipped with hair dryers, clock radios and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are provided.

Master Suite. Queen Size Bed, TV. En-suite; Large Bath and walk in Shower Room, twin vanity unit.

Second En-Suite. Queen sized bed, TV/DVD.

Third En-suite. Double bed. TV/DVD.

Twin Room, Shared en-suite. TV/DVD

Laundry Room & Double Garage

A Full sized air hockey table and full sized pool table add to the other entertainments available at Arancia.

Separate Large washer and Dryer. Ironing board and iron.

Double Garage for use should it be required. Cars may be parked either in the garage or driveway.
